Terms of Top 10 Caribbean Cruises

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between CruiseDeals (“Company”) and you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).

By participating in the CruiseDeals Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Your participation in the Program is conditioned upon your acceptance of this Agreement.

 

1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll, you must submit an application through our online portal. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to, websites that contain inappropriate content, promote illegal activities, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

 

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Promote our cruise deals on your website, blog, social media, or other approved channels.

  • Use only the provided marketing materials and links. You may not alter or modify these materials without our prior written consent.

  • Ensure your content is accurate and does not make false or misleading claims about our products or services.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and consumer protection.

  • Disclose your affiliate relationship with us in a clear and conspicuous manner on your promotional channels, as required by law.

 

3. Commissions and Payments

Commission Structure

You will earn a commission for each qualifying booking made through your unique affiliate link. The current commission rate is a percentage of the total booking value, as specified in your affiliate dashboard. We reserve the right to change commission rates at any time with prior notice.

 
Qualifying Bookings

A “qualifying booking” is a new, valid cruise reservation that is paid in full and not cancelled or refunded. Bookings made through an invalid link or by the Affiliate themselves will not be eligible for commission.

 
Payment

Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, provided your accrued commissions meet a minimum threshold of $100. Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer. The Company is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your earnings.

 

4. Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Affiliate Program. You agree not to use our intellectual property in any way that is disparaging or misleading, or that could harm our brand reputation.

 

5. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause. If the Agreement is terminated, you must immediately cease all use of our promotional materials and remove all links from your properties. Any commissions owed at the time of termination will be paid out during the next payment cycle, provided they meet the minimum threshold.

 

6. Confidentiality

You may be given access to certain confidential information, including business plans, sales data, and commission rates. You agree to keep this information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Affiliate Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the program or any products or services sold through it.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
